Emergency & Critical Care

We are OPEN for emergencies and urgent care needs during business hours (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) however, an appointment is necessary. Please call 605-260-5650 to book an urgent care appointment. We will do our best to accommodate life-threatening emergencies. Please note that in the event of a life-threatening emergency, we may refer you to All City Pet Care South in Sioux Falls depending on your pet’s needs.

HAVE AN AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCY? You can either go to the recommended emergency clinic or try our new telehealth service that virtually connects you to an experienced and licensed veterinarian that will help advise you on what you should do. View the small animal services page for more information.
